Tiff's 31st!

Kyle made dinner reservations for my 31st birthday..on the actual day. We went to the Melting Pot...where we had a 4 course meal of fondue! It was so fun and is sooo yummy! Kyle was very impressed, as this was his first time! He is ready to go back. AND...he liked the dessert the best...too funny since he hates chocolate! When we sat down at our table, there was a bridesmaid looking bouquet laying there. I was like...what is that? SCARY! When Kyle is being romantic...something is usually up. He had the restaurant put a half dozen roses on the table for me. I will let you look at the picture of what I ended up with! :0 It was so cute and sweet of him. I had the best birthday ever with my husband..I love you KYLE! Our chocolate fondue called Yin and Yang.

Happy Birthday to me! I will be 31 in a few days! My family had a get together at the folk's house for me Saturday night. Uncle Gary, Jeff, Nana, Mom, Dad, Michelle, Chris, Wesley, Nick, Kyle and Beau helped me celebrate. Mom made me baked chicken, homemade mac n cheese, green beans and homemade rolls! YUM! Gaga brought me a bday cake from Moeller's Bakery...one of my faves! This year, I officially started off my Kathy Womack art collection. I got 3 of them! :) Me and the hubby on my bday!

The countdown to 31!

After a blowout bash for my 30th birthday last year, I decided that this year..I wasn't going to do anything. There are special people in my life that wouldn't accept NO for answer. Trang, Michelle, Arleen, Whitney, Leah and Lynn got together with me at one of my FAVES...Collina's. Home of the best Eggplant Parmessan!:) YUM!!! And....it is BYOB! Here are a few pics of a great time I had! My actual bday is Monday, the 26th...but we started celebrating a few days prior! Happy Birthday to me! The whole restaurant thought I was 40! long story....

For Kyle!

You may start to wonder about the webpage of Kyle and Tiff! You may even start to wonder if Kyle even knows about it! :) First off, he does, and secondly, he has looked at it like once ever! HA! I am a little organized and really try to update this like a diary. I love building memories and like nothing more than looking back at how I got to this point in my life. Pictures are so amazing and literally almost take you back to that moment! I told Kyle that he never ever sends me pictures he takes...but I share with the world the ones I take. So, he sent me a few hunting pics I wanted to post. All of you that know Kyle, know that his favorite color is CAMO! Here are few of his favorite pics as of lately. Enjoy! Rockband~January Dinner Party

January Dinner Party was at Lynn Clarke's house! Theme: ROCKBAND! We had to dress like Rockstars and we played Rockband on the Wii. So fun! We teamed up into Rockbands made up of 3 people. We would then pick our song, and compete with each band. There were vocals, drums and guitar! I am hooked. Love the drums...and now find the guitar really cool too! We were so silly! I got my rockband inspiration from my cousin Cheryl! I wore my Los Angeles t-shirt I got at Kitson and my leather wrap bracelet she bought me. SO LA! :) The Rockstars!

Maddie Weighs In!

I had to share Maddie's news! She weighed in at 10 pounds!!! I took her to the vet Saturday morning for her rabies shot and an examination full of other fun shots. Poor baby...squealed like a real baby when she got her rabies shot. The doctor felt her and said he felt no fat on her and that he feels every one of her ribs and spine. (BRAT!) No fat! I love this dog...but that is not fair! She weighs 10.8 pounds, losing about a pound from the last 6 months. This is crazy! I told the doctor that she eats treats everyday, eats twice as much and had several candy cane ray hides (courtesy of Cher & Nat)...not to mention all the holiday food that was fed to her and crumbs on the floor! HA! She is in perfect health...even being 7 years old. Kyle and I contribute her excellent weight to us...we focus on her and not ourselves! :) It is just funny that she weighed over 13 pounds a few years ago. Her exercise in the backyard and playing with Cooter and Dixie is paying off! :)

Chi Omega Reunion Dinner

A bunch of my sorority sisters got together for a mini Chi Omega reunion! All of us were Psi Zetas at UH! Some of my dearest friends! We ate at Collina's and had such a fun time going down memory lane. We hadn't done a dinner with this many in years. We are going to try to do it more often. Roses? For me?

Roses! For me? My hubs brought me home red roses! More than a dozen. Complete surprise! He hasn't bought me red roses since the day he proposed. The occasion you ask??? My workaholic hubby has been working weekends and pulling really late nights at work. They are implementing a new computer system. I just wanted to show them off and also remind him it's okay to do sweet things like this for his wifey! :)

The funniest story ever! Classic Nana line! Kyle, me, Beau, Nana and my parents went to eat at Texas Roadhouse the Saturday after Christmas. Poor Nana...a cold front had moved in that evening and we had her perched outside on her walker eating peanuts to tide over the wait. Let me tell you, Kyle was in the the poor girl's faces wondering why our wait was so long. Needless to say, our table did get skipped over and they put us in two booths right behind each other so we didn't have to wait any longer. My parents ate together (date night) and Beau decided to sit with us and Nana. How cute! :) Kyle kept Nana entertained and full of rolls! :) The waitress was putting our food down in front of us, with Nana's in front of her first. Nana looks down at her plate (full of fried catfish, baked sweet potato, and more) and says outloud, "ALL THIS FOOD FOR $9.99." Kyle cracked up so loud that I think everyone heard him. She could have literally done a Sizzler commercial..it was so cute!

Yes Nana! All that food for only $9.99!!!!!!
