Kyle and I headed into Baton Rouge, LA for his annual "Krewe of Indecision" Tailgate. This year's victim: Georgia. Mark and Rachael Terry and Chris and Katie Jean joined us this year in their black/red gear. As a traitor again, I put on my purple/gold Tiger gear. I have to blend in, right? :) We had such a great time. My brother Chris and Michelle, and her crew of family, even made an appearance to root the Tigers on. It was so good getting to see all his LA friends. We always have so much fun with them.

Aunt Trang

Aunt Trang babysat Maddie over the weekend for us. She took her on a playdate with Franklin and even to a pumpkin patch! What a sweet Aunt she was for us! Thanks Trang!!!!!

Wesley's 1st Birthday! Pirate Style!

Wesley turned 1! Michelle and Chris had a Pirate themed birthday party for him. It was so cute and they had a great turnout. All of Wesley's family and friends came! Aunt C and Weezer (Cher and Nat) even came in from Dallas! They finally get to join in all the fun in TX since they moved back from Los Angeles. Aunt T was in charge of the beer dip, spinach dip and most importantly, the Pirate Cupcakes! Mimi with the birthday Pirate and Haley.

LSU....

Okay, so I had to get away from the purple and gold background due to LSU's loss yesterday to Florida. Kyle and I went to HEB today, and a guy there asked him what the final score was? You may wonder how the guy knew to ask Kyle??? Well, of course Kyle was sporting one of his many LSU t-shirts. He looked at the guy and just grummbled! Poor Coot!

Wesley's First Hair Cut

Wesley got his first haircut at the Aveda salon. Aunt T brought him from his slumber party with her, to his appointment. Mommy and Daddy met us there. Wesley went from being calm in Michelle's lap, to screaming at the top of his lungs. After crocodile tears and a lollipop he got his curls trimmed! Ready for his haircut!

Wesley's first STN with Aunt T and Uncle Kyle!

Aunt T and Uncle Kyle babysat Wesley so that his mom and dad could have an adult evening and attend a friend's birthday. He was sooooo good! Never cried once and was happy the whole time. He took his bottle on his own while watching football with his Uncle Kyle. When I put him to bed, he went straight down. He slept almost 12 hours! Maddie charged into his room when I opened the door that morning. He was giggling so hard at her. Okay, you are probably asking about the "bow"! I couldn't resist! He was getting his first hair cut the next morning. So, since I dressed up Chris when I was little, I figured I would do the same to my nephew. You may ask why I have little bows....lets just say I hope to have a girl someday! ;) I am sorry Wesley...I promise I won't ever use this as black mail pics. But, doesn't he look so darn precious with his bow???!!!

Finally, that bow is out of my hair! I am having so much fun over at Aunt T and Uncle Kyle's house!!!!

We are going to be an Aunt and Uncle for the 3rd time!

Miss Isabel had some proud news to share with her Aunts and Uncles...she is going to be a BIG SISTER!!!! Genevieve and Eric Cargol are expecting #2 in early May! We are so excited for them and to be an Aunt and Uncle again!!!!!!

Yvonne and Andrew Richardson's Wedding

Yvonne Garcia, one of my sorority sisters got married to Andrew Richardson on October 4th! It was such a nice wedding and she looked beautiful! It was so great seeing all my Chi O sisters!
